Resource Agribusiness Group Has Released a Test Batch of Lamb

Resource Agribusiness Group carried out a test production of lamb on the basis of a meat processing plant in the Belokalitvinsky district of the Rostov Region. The production facility is one of the poultry assets of Belaya Ptitsa Group, which were leased by Resource Group in 2021.<br>

<br>The plant has been modernized and completely re-equipped with regard to the new specialization (slaughter and processing of small cattle), it is planned to reach the design capacity in the second half of this year. In June, the enterprise received certificates confirming compliance with the Russian standard HALAL-PPT-SMP. Requirements for the production, manufacture, processing, storage and sale of HALAL products and the international standard GSO 993:2015, GSO 2055-1:20.<br>

<br>The first batch of halal lamb under the AN-NOOR brand was produced as part of a joint action with the International Center for Standardization and Certification "Halal" under the spiritual administration of muslims of the Russian Federation, and donated as a charity to low-income families for the Eid al-Adha holiday.
