In the period from 24 to 28 May in Volgograd on the site of the Volgograd State Agrarian University, the XXII All-Russian exhibition of breeding sheep and goats took place. Within the framework of the event, which was attended by delegations from twenty regions of our country, there was a presentation of the breeding stock of the most promising domestic and foreign breeds, a competition for the best indicators in the development of breeding sheep, a scientific and practical conference "90 years of scientific support for the sheep and goat breeding industry", seminars and master classes.

Resource Agribusiness Group presented sheep of the Volgograd and Southern Meat breeds, which it has been breeding since 2016, based on assets in the Rostov Region. The animals were highly appreciated by the exhibition committee headed by the chairman - Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Kharon Amerkhanov and received two gold and one silver medals. In addition, the Milyutinsky branch of the Rostov Grain Company Resource LLC (pedigree reproducer for the Volgograd breed of sheep) took second place among all the presented sheep farms.

During the exhibition, the stand of Resource Group was visited by a delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Rostov Region. The head of the ministry, Konstantin Rychalovsky, discussed with the Company's specialists the issues of further development of sheep breeding and plans to open a meat processing plant in the region, and also presented two senior shepherds with letters of thanks for many years of conscientious work.
