Resource Agribusiness Group Representatives Became Participants in International Industry Events in Bangkok

In the period from March 6 to March 8 this year, the delegation of the Resource Agribusiness Group took part in the regular meeting of the International Poultry Council (IPC). The company is part of the organization, whose members represent more than 88% of the world poultry meat production and 95% of the global poultry meat trade, since 2017.

Representatives of other major poultry companies, national industry associations, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and others also took part in the event, which was held in the capital of Thailand.

As part of the business program, key issues for the global poultry industry were discussed: sustainable development of production (taking into account the forecast for the growth of the world's population to 9.7 billion people by 2050) and the impact of poultry farming on the environment; poultry health (special attention was paid to the problem of the spread of HPAI, preventive measures, including vaccination); innovative technologies and digitalization of the industry; implementation of traceability systems; application of sanitary and phytosanitary standards, etc.

The discussion of the current agenda was continued on March 8-10 on the sidelines of two important exhibitions – VIV Asia and Meat Pro Asia, which brought together professionals from the entire animal protein production chain on a common platform. According to the organizers, more than 1186 companies from 57 countries of the world presented their products and services.

Resource Agribusiness Group specialists held B2B meetings and negotiations with current and potential partners: manufacturers and suppliers of feed ingredients & additives, animal health, equipment for raising broilers, poultry meat processing, packaging, labeling, quality control, automation solutions, etc.
