The XIV International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” was held from May 18 to May 20, 2023 at the Kazan Expo IEC. The event was held for the first time at the federal level, more than 15 thousand people from 80 countries of the world took part in it. On the sidelines of the forum, specialists from the Resource Agribusiness Group held working meetings and discussed issues of cooperation with the Minister of Agriculture of Malaysia, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Iran, the head of the Halal Center of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), the Trade Representative of Russia in Azerbaijan and other officials. 

Representatives of the Company took part in the round tables “Prospects of accreditation of Halal certification organs in Russia”, “On the development of the North-South international transport corridor”, “UAE infrastructure opportunities for Russian manufacturing companies”, as well as panel discussion “Drivers for the development of Russian AIC export: Halal products”. Renat Shigapov, Vice-President, Deputy Director for External Relations and GR of Resource Agribusiness Group, spoke at the latter. The speaker shared the Company’s experience in the development of halal food production, touched upon the issues of certification and promotion in foreign markets.
