05.09.2024On September 5, 2024, on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, which is taking place in Vladivostok (Russia), Resource Agribusiness Group and FESCO Transport Group signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document was signed by Dmitry Antonov, Senior Vice President, Director of External Relations and GR of the Resource Agribusiness Group, and German Maslov, Vice President of the Linear Logistics Division of FESCO.
Under the agreement, the parties intend to work on diversifying product ranges and logistics routes to expand export deliveries of Resource Agribusiness Group products, including to China, Southeast Asian countries, India and the UAE. The parties will also establish cooperation to ensure reverse loading.
It is planned that the result of the interaction will be the development of optimal transport and logistics solutions based on FESCO's key services and assets for the introduction of meat and poultry products, as well as vegetable oils from Resource Agribusiness Group, to new markets in Asian countries. Thus, cooperation between the parties opens up great prospects for expanding the export geography, and creates additional incentives for increasing the level of competitiveness of Russian agricultural products in foreign countries.

FESCO Transport Group is one of the largest transport and logistics companies in Russia with assets in the port, railway and integrated logistics business, which allow the Group to deliver goods door-to-door and control all stages of the intermodal chain. FESCO owns the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port, the intermodal operator FESCO Integrated Transport, the refrigerated container operator Dalreftrans, as well as the companies Transgarant and FESCO Trans. The Group manages terminal complexes in Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Tomsk and Vladivostok.
