Resource Agribusiness Group Reported on a Large-scale Investment Program on SPIEF 2025

On the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Resource Agribusiness Group confirmed the launch of a three-year investment program with a total investment volume of over 40 billion rubles to increase the production volume of broiler chicken meat products and build up the export potential of several regions of Russia.

Agreements of intent to implement investment projects were concluded between the Group's enterprises and the Governments of the Samara, Saratov, Tambov and Tver Regions on June 19 and 20, 2025. The works on the projects are planned to be completed in 2027. Financing is carried out through own and borrowed funds with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and regional authorities.

The largest of the four, project in the Samara Region, includes the construction of three new sites for raising broiler chickens, reconstruction of a breeding stock site, and construction of a new feed mill, a processing plant, a finished products plant, and a refrigeration distribution center.

The project solutions for the Saratov Region include the reconstruction of the buildings for the existing one and construction of two new feedlots with all the related infrastructure and landscaping, the construction of local treatment facilities, the acquisition of technological transport and other activities.

The project in the Rzhevsky Municipal District of the Tver Region also includes the construction of additional capacities for growing broiler chickens and the modernization of the poultry processing plant. As the result, the area for poultry stockkeeping will increase by 85.7 thousand square meters.

In the Tokarevsky municipal district, the Tambov Region, Resource Agribusiness Group is implementing an investment project for the construction of a compound feed mill workshop for the independent production of valuable high-protein feed raw materials. The production capacity of the new facility will be 750 tons per day.

Along with the four projects affirmed by signed agreements, Resource Agribusiness Group is also implementing projects in the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, the Republic of Mari El, Chuvashia and other regions. At the same time, the Group's investment program is aimed not only at increasing the poultry production volume that is a traditional export category for the Company and has been supplied to foreign markets since 2012. The plans include the start of exports of the deep-processed meat products, hatching eggs, feed and high-protein feed components.

Moreover, Resource Agribusiness Group is consistently working to achieve the goals of the national project "International Cooperation and Export" through 2030 in terms of forming a network of sustainable partnerships with foreign countries, technological and industrial cooperation and developing new markets. On the SPIEF sidelines promising projects for organizing the production of value-added products in friendly countries of Africa, Asia, and the Middle East were discussed. Resource Agribusiness Group representatives also took part in the business program of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) that covered such issues as opening new markets and certifying enterprises for further increasing export volumes.
