Resource Agribusiness Group completed the acquisition of the Altan Group assets. The Group comprises Altan Trading House (LLC), Altan Scientific and Production Company (JSC), Pospelikhinsky Grain Processing Plant (JSC), and Pospelikhinskaya Pasta Factory (LLC). The enterprises located in the Pospelikhinsky District of the Altai Krai, specialize in durum wheat deep processing, flour and pasta production of Granmulino brand, and sale of finished products.

The factory includes an on-site mill (72,000 tons capacity per year), a grain elevator (26,000 tons storage capacity), six automated packaging lines for short- and long-cut pasta, finished product storage warehouses, and other production facilities. Flour production: 52,000 tons per year, and pasta production: 30,000 tons per year.

The integration of the new assets will allow the Group to continue developing the deep wheat processing segment.
