The Russian-Brazilian Business Forum was held on the sidelines of the eighth meeting of the Russian-Brazilian High-Level Commission on Cooperation in the Brazilian capital on February 5, 2026. It was organized by the business councils of both countries, the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Brazilian Export Development Agency ApexBrasil.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Geraldo José Rodrigues Alkmin Filho, Brazilian Vice President and Minister of Development, Industry, Trade, and Services attended the forum. Russian business delegation included representatives of major domestic business associations and companies, including Dmitry Antonov, Director for External Relations and Sustainable Development, Resource Agribusiness Group.

The event presented three panel sessions with the participation of relevant federal ministers from Russia and Brazil, where they discussed issues of trade and investment cooperation, partnership in ensuring food security, and prospects for developing a dialogue in the fields of energy, innovation, and industry. In addition, a wide range of B2B and B2G negotiations were held during the business program.
